THE HOUSE

Mas Fogonussa is an old 16th century flour mill restored as tourist accommodation. It is fully equipped to offer comfort and well-being to anyone who wants to enjoy a few days of tranquility in a unique environment of “La Vall del Corb”

The house has a capacity of 10-14 people and is rented as a whole. It has different spaces spread over 3 floors and the outside area.

This is a spacious house, in a private zone where you can rest in the interior, as well as have a great time outside. The ground floor has a garden area with playground, swimming pool, porch, barbecue and garden furniture. This area connects directly to the two entrance doors to the house.

One leads to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a hob, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, table and chairs, and an ideal bathroom for bathing or drying after soaking in the pool.

The other door is the main one and connects to the hall of the house , and to a paved relaxation area that has a sofa and a billiard table. From here the main stairs lead to the first floor.

The first floor has 5 exterior double bedrooms and four bathrooms with bath and large showers.

Regarding the second floor , it is a beautiful space that is completely exterior on all four sides and has a second kitchen fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, conventional domestic oven, Pereruela oven and sink.

Also connected to the kitchen is the living-dining room where there is a cozy fireplace, sofas, television and a large table with chairs from where you can seethe views of Maldà, Belianes and Sant Martí de Riucorb.

Finally, this second floor also has access to a great terrace equipped with table and chairs, sofas and a barbecue ideal for sharing good times with family or friends.
